A new licensing agreement will see Report It Now’s enterprise whistleblower management solution EthicsPro® made available to Australian organisations.

Hamilton, New Zealand 02/08/2022

Kiwi-born whistleblowing software company Report It Now™ has signed a new licensing deal that will see the company’s whistleblower support SaaS solution EthicsPro® made available in Australia.

“We’re really pleased to be expanding Report It Now™ into the Australian market,” says Greg Dunn, Director of Report It Now™.

“As Report It Now™ has grown over the last 15 years we have had the privilege of working with some of New Zealand’s best and brightest companies, providing an independent reporting service to help them meet their compliance goals and build healthy, ethical organisations.”

“Now we’ve found the right partners to take Report It Now™ and our EthicsPro® Case Management System to Australia and we couldn’t be more excited to help Australian organisations of all sizes support their staff and help create safer, more ethical workplaces.”

Report It Now™ was formed in 2007 in New Zealand to help business manage their business risk by supporting open, honest workplaces, free from bullying, fraud and harassment.

The Hamilton-based company provides organisations of all sizes with the training and tools to maintain ethical organisations – most notably the cloud-based EthicsPro® Case Management System, an intuitive disclosure management software solution which encourages employees to report unethical conduct anonymously and confidentially, and guides organisations through the case management process.

Expansion into Australia is a natural next step for the company, says Report It Now™ Director, Craig McFarlane.

“The legislative environment in Australia is very complex, so EthicsPro® provides a complete, people-focused solution for businesses looking to encourage open and honest workplaces. There are very few companies in the Australian market providing this sort of functionality – such as 24/7 hotlines with real trained protected disclosure officers and multi-language support, along with bespoke training and world-leading software.”

“We’re very excited about this next step, because we know there is a real need out there.”

Report It Now’s enterprise-grade EthicsPro® solution provides:

  • Automated benchmarking and reporting
  • Software backed up by humans: easy to contact all day, every day

  • Device agnostic and device flexibility: compatible across but not limited to Mobile, Desktop, and Tablets
  • Tailored reporting forms: customised for each client and including individual, dual-branded landing pages
