Back in 2007, Report It Now® was formed in New Zealand when evidence was showing that unethical workplace conduct and wrongdoing were on the rise. The company has grown to assist businesses globally through Report It Now® and EthicsPro®.
EthicsPro®, our unique Case Management System provides a trusted, safe and secure method for staff to report fraudulent and dishonest behaviour. QUALITY POLICY
To provide all clients with a high-quality independent ethical reporting service, high quality for Report It Now® Global means:
▪ All staff are committed to keeping client complaints to Zero (or as close to as possible)
▪ Should any complaint be received, it will be recorded in the Complaints Register and team members will work quickly to investigate and resolve the complaint.
▪ Decrease product software defects/rework from vendors to no more than x 10 per annum.
▪ Should any software issues be highlighted, they shall be recorded in a register. Staff will work with our developers to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
▪ Complaints regarding our Protected Disclosure Officers including the timeliness of submitting reports to the client, are to be kept to zero.
▪ Client retention is very important to us, therefore staff will interact with all clients via various means, including but not limited to, client reports, blogs, newsletters, personal interaction, face-to-face meetings, T&D offerings.
▪ We aim to grow our client base by a minimum of 10% per annum in all jurisdictions that we operate in.
▪ We aim to improve our products and services every minute, hour, day, month and year and we always want to do this with quality always in our mind (vs. speed, budgets or any other potential drivers).

Meet the team
Director & Shareholder
Greg holds various directorships and business interests across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Greg is a former senior police officer having held a number of senior leadership positions within the New Zealand Police during more than two decades of service. He has extensive leadership and business experience having led and managed large teams through challenging crisis situations; Greg holds an MBA from the Henley Business School in London. Outside of work Greg has a busy family life, is a keen mountain biker and enjoys getting out on his paddle board (when he gets time!).
Director & Shareholder
Craig is a Shareholder and Director at Report It Now Limited and is our board Chairman. Craig, a former CEO, is now a Professional Director. Craig has an MBA from Henley Business School in London and now resides in Waihi Beach.
Senior Protected Disclosure Officer
Suzanne has been with Report It Now® since 2017 and all of the other PDO’s report to Suzanne. She has loved being the proverbial “guinea pig” in the development of the EthicsPro® software and is generally the key liaison person for your Ethics Committee Members. Suzanne currently lives in “the city of the future” Kirikiri roa – Hamilton with her young family. They keep her very busy.
Subject Matter Expert and Lead Trainer
Since 2007, when she completed her post graduate qualification in professional ethics at University of Auckland, Jane has actively built the case for business ethics across the public and private sector. Across risk management, people and culture, general counsel, professional membership and regulatory audiences her delivery style and content, is known to be both hard hitting and insightful.
Content Guru
Former editor of several technology publications, Jonathan comes with a strong background in journalism, marketing, and all things tech, and provides Report It Now® with its active social media presence (and occasional editorial flourish). He currently lives with his young family in the garden city of Christchurch, which he thinks just might be the greatest place there is.
Human Resources
Krysia has been working in the HR field for over thirty years. She loves to see both people and organisations develop, and truly believes that there is a right workplace and fit for everyone. Work should be something you love, not something you feel you have to turn up for. Krysia lives on a sustainable property in the Wairarapa.
